The Legal 500 Rankings for 2026: Nataša Randlová Inducted into the Hall of Fame, Michal Peškar Once Again Named a Rising Star in Employment Law

The renowned British ranking Legal500 has once again named both leaders of Randls’ employment law team among the most influential employment law experts in the Czech Republic for 2026. In this year’s edition, Nataša Randlová was even inducted into the Employment Law Hall of Fame, while Michal Peškar retained his title from last year as “Next Generation Partner.”

At the same time, the entire Randls team was the only one among the evaluated Czech law firms in the field of employment law to receive recognition in the client satisfaction survey across three criteria: 1) Quality of lawyers and the team, 2) Billing and efficiency, and 3) Industry knowledge.
