Employment law team of Randls

The expertise of the employment law team of Randl Partners has been frequently recognized by important international and Czech competitions and legal publications.

  • For the fifteenth time in a row, the employment law team was ranked in Band 1 of the Chambers Europe 2026  ranking being published by the British company Chambers & Partners.
  • Also another British ranking Legal 500 names the employment law team in Tier 1
  • Over the past 15 years, AK Randl Partners has won a total of five “Law Firm of the Year” awards in the Labor Law category.
  • In 2015, within the Czech Law Firm of the Year ranking, Randl Partners were awarded first place in the newly established special category of Leading Law firm of the Year Supporting Women in the Legal Profession.

Individual recognition in the rankings Chambers Europe and Legal 500

Michal Peškar

In 2026, Michal Peškar, a partner at the firm and one of the leaders of the employment law team, retained his position in Band 2 of recommended employment law experts in the Czech Republic in the prestigious British Chambers Europe ranking. The Legal500 ranking lists him among the “Next Generation Partners”.

Nataša Randlová

Randls founding partner Nataša Randlová has been recognized as a “Star Individual” in the latest edition of Chambers Europe 2026 for the fifteenth consecutive year; this is a special distinction reserved for individuals with an exceptional reputation in their field. Chambers has listed Nataša among the leading figures in employment law for 20 years. In 2026, Nataša also received the highest accolade from the Legal 500, which inducted her into the “Hall of Fame” for Czech employment law.

Further, also other international rankings and publications, such as Best Lawyers or Lexology, recommend Nataša Randlová as an expert for the area of employment and labour law in the Czech Republic.

On the domestic scene, the Czech edition of the Forbes magazine has been regularly including Nataša Randlová among 100 most influential women in the Czech Republic and Legal Guide issued montly by Economia Publishing House named her among the most important Czech lawyers.

In 2007, Nataša Randlová was awarded the title Lawyer of the Year 2007 in the fiel of employment law.
