HR News No. 3/2025
In the third edition of our HR News, we focus on current legislative updates that are making their way through the approval process and, if passed, will introduce new obligations for employers. One of the key changes is the introduction of a unified monthly reporting system aimed at reducing administrative burdens. Other updates include changes to reporting new employees, the introduction of the concept of “undeclared work,” promised adjustments to medical check-ups for agreement-based workers, and mandatory retirement savings for certain employees. We’ll also revisit the so-called “flexi-amendment” — this time from the perspective of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and the Ministry of Health.
