Current Webinar: 15 September 2026 (10:00–10:30 am) – AGREEMENT ON FUTURE CONTRACT

In our third summer webinar, we will once again continue our regular series on types of agreements and contracts, and their specific characteristics and applications in business relationships. This time, we will focus on agreements on future contracts – a special type of agreement that is widely used, even though it is sometimes overlooked. We will explain the basic legal framework and focus in particular on the legal relationships that arise from these agreements, the relevant rights and obligations, and how to structure them for the effective use. We will also cover practical examples of how they are used in real-world situations and walk you through the options for terminating such an agreement and any potential pre-contractual liability in specific cases. To kick off the webinar, you can of course expect a brief summary of the latest developments in new and proposed legislation, as well as the case law of the courts and key regulatory bodies. As we do every month, we have also prepared a monthly overview of new legislation for August 2026, clearly organised by individual areas.

Timeframe: The Randls Business Webinar will be held on a regular monthly basis on the second Tuesday of each month at 10:00 a.m. The duration of the online meeting will be around 30 minutes, depending on the need and current events.

For whom: The event is suitable particularly for members of commercial teams, purchase managers, members of compliance departments, operation managers, administrative staff, persons preparing contracts or dealing with financial matters, in-house lawyers, project managers, data processing managers, top-level management including members of governing bodies, marketing and HR specialists.
