Current Webinar: 9 June 2026 (10:00–10:30 am) – PURCHASE CONTRACT

In our June Randls Business Webinar, we’ll explore one of the most common types of contracts: purchase contract. We’ll briefly and clearly cover the most important aspects of the contract’s structure, subject matter, price and payment terms, performance deadline, and, last but not least, warranties and claims for defects. Finally, we’ll also discuss framework purchase contracts and the options for withdrawal and termination.

To kick off the webinar, you can of course expect a brief summary of the latest developments in new and proposed legislation, as well as the case law of courts and key authorities. As we do every month, we have also prepared a monthly overview of new legislation for May 2026, clearly organized by individual areas.

Timeframe: The Randls Business Webinar will be held on a regular monthly basis on the second Tuesday of each month at 10:00 a.m. The duration of the online meeting will be around 30 minutes, depending on the need and current events.

For whom: The event is suitable particularly for members of commercial teams, purchase managers, members of compliance departments, operation managers, administrative staff, persons preparing contracts or dealing with financial matters, in-house lawyers, project managers, data processing managers, top-level management including members of governing bodies, marketing and HR specialists. However, it may be equally interesting for anyone else.
