HR News No. 2/2024

After some time we bring you the second issue of our HR News, concerning new legislation. We will introduce you to the long-awaited changes in occupational health services and hopefully the final regulation of the conditions under which insurance payments are paid on the basis of agreements to perform work (DPP). On June 28, an amendment to the Labour Code regulating the valorisation of the minimum wage was approved by the Chamber of Deputies. This amendment also includes some other significant changes, especially self-scheduling of working hours. Note that this amendment may come into force during the summer.
