HR News No.4/2023

In this expanded issue of Randls HR News, we will discuss the long-awaited amendment to the Labour Code. This amendment was passed by the Chamber of Deputies on 28 June 2023 and will now go to the Senate, where we expect no changes, and then to the President for his signature. With a few exceptions, the effective date has been set for the first calendar day of the month following publication, so it could be as early as 1 September 2023.
