The publication Labour law is a part of a series of law text books and therefore represents a theoretical basis for studying this branch of law in its modern form. The team of authors led by Petr Hurka brings a complex commentary on labour law issues, including new trends in employing individuals. It reflects the legal situation as of March 1, 2011, in particular the actual situation concerning the Civil Code, European law and case law.Natasa Randlova contributed to the book by analyzing the issues of changes in employment law relationships and transfer of rights and obligations from employment law relationships.
