We guide our clients through the process of establishment of a company and setting its internal organization, we set up legal relationship with board members and assist with ordinary and extraordinary general meetings, resolutions of sole shareholders, supervisory board and others. We focus also on the remuneration of board members and risks related to the so-called concurrence of offices. We assist with introduction of measures in the internal compliance system to make them fit to needs of our clients. We provide complex legal assistance in case of termination of company’s activity (liquidation, restructuring, transformations etc.).
